Is this item delivered in a box and is it discreet or is the box big and obvious?

Not quite sure How to reply! They do ‘telescope’ so retract to the smallest size of probably a meter. The box was narrow, not giant & they come in a plastic bag. I found them very easy & as comfortable as these things get. The Brand was recommended by a Dr pal. Good luck.

Are these a right and left pair or just two singles?

They are a pair, moulded hand grips left and right.

Is it a pair of crutches or just one single crutch? and if so are they double adjustable or single adjustable?

These are a pair of crutches and double adjustable. They also have 180* forearm grip just in case you fall.

Is this a pair of crutches? Or one single crutch? There are 2 pictures. And there are 2 different answers.

It is for 1 double adjusting crutch or a pair of single adjusting crutches. If you want a pair of double adjusting crutches you need to buy 2.
