I'm not sure what the model number is, but I use it with the Oral B Cross Action model with a single slot for a replaceable 1.5v AA battery. My version is not rechargeable. It looks like this: http://www.oralb.com/products/cross-action-power-toothbrush/

since this one is no longer available, is there another toothbrush refill that is compatible with the 3-D white action electric toothbrush?
