Savic Habitat Metro Cage, Navy Blue, Large

I initially had the cheaper plastic cage (seen in the background of first picture). My gerbil chewed through a ton of the plastic and the parts weren't stable. Switching to this cage.... LIFE SAFER! No more litter all over the place. It's deep enough for him to burrow. I saved the wheel and added additional toys. Easy to put together but the wire rocks can get tricky at times. I zip tied them in place (just in case). Definitely big enough for more than 1 gerbil. Worth it. He's happy 😊

This setup is about 20 gallons or so, which is good for 2 gerbils. The quality of all the pieces seems great so far, but the provided ramp/platform pieces are pretty limiting. The orange ramp is so long that it barely fits in the cage -- I plan to take the orange ramp out and replace it with something else. The green ramp and both platforms are great! When it's all assembled, I can easily move the cage if I need because the bottom and top are solidly connected. My gerbils are living their best life digging tunnels in the ample bedding area.

It all fit together easily. I'm a little concerned about the fact that only 2 clips hold it together. But we will see how it does.

Plastic and large so a small piece chipped off in shipping, doesn't seem to affect structure. I put that more on low temps we had during delivery so probably not a big deal.Beyond that the animals seem to enjoy the extra space, they are going wild on the wheel. The cats like to watch so that's a bonus, for the price I'm pretty happy.

The cage is a lot bigger than I thought! Which is awesome. I love it. It was hard trying to fit a wheel in there for my Syrian hamster, but he’s been keeping himself busy all day. I have an extra large wheel. Besides that, I did see reviews stating that their bowl of the cage came cracked, and sadly mine did as well. It’s still in working condition and able to lock down, but I’d still prefer one that isn’t cracked so it will last longer if possible..

I didn’t know what to expect but man this cage too it to a new level! 3 floors of fun for my critters. Colors are nice and all the parts fit. This enclosure is comfortably fitting 2 gerbils who have more than enough room. It’s tall enough for them but small enough to be able to be put in any room!

My daughters hamster is an escape artist. This is our 3rd cage and we’ve finally found one she can’t get out of. We did have one wire on the front door break (or she chewed through it) but we just placed a new piece of wire and it’s been fine since. Super easy to clean.

I was looking for something like that for a very long time and was very excited to buy it. The item arrived and I was so disappointed to find out that the cage doesn't fit well to stay secure on the plastic box - possibly because all corners of the plastic box were cracked, but I think even if the plastic bottom that is not damaged, the cage would not fit anyway.

La jaula es tal y como se ve en la foto. Trae comedero, bebedero y un túnel de plástico.El cajón de abajo es alto y permite poner arena sin que la tire fuera.En general es una buena compra. Mi jerbo es muy grande y para el solo, está muy bien.Imposible que se escape.Tiene varios accesos para que limpiar sea fácil.Es una buena opción.A el, Paco, le ha encantado, sube y baja con mucha facilidad.

Très belle cage. Mes deux gerbilles s'y plaisent. Elle peuvent creuser, faire des galeries, se cacher, et c'est l'idéal pour ces animaux. La fait qu' elle soit transparente nous permet de voir ce qu'elles fabriquent et c'est tout aussi agréable pour nous. Les étages permettent de gagner en espace, de mettre la nourriture en hauteur et de leur faire faire un peu plus de sport ! Si elles sont hésitantes au début à grimper aux barreaux, laisser les faires, ca va venir tt seul en un ou deux jours. Seules petits points négatifs, les étages sont compliqués à installer la 1ere fois (il faut trouver l'astuce), prend facilement la poussière et un pied est légèrement bancale. Sinon très content de cet achat et est un bon compromis pour ceux qui n'ont pas les moyen d'investir dans un terra en verre.

This was actually a sleep purchase - I do not remember buying it, but I love it! The old gerbil cage we had was falling to pieces, and the metal was rusting away. This is a fantastic size for them, they love digging in the corners and though it took them a few attempts to get used to the ladders, they run up and down all over the place :) very happy.
