Hassle free, stress free health tracking.
Before we get into it, this is HEALTH tracker, not a fitness tracker. Yes it can track workouts but if you intend to use it for this, it should be restricted to cardio workouts, or any workouts that don’t involve gripping things with your hands. If functionality with regards to tracking strength based workouts is your thing, you may best be suited by a wrist based wearable.Looks wise, this is a beautiful example of engineering. Oura have always made beautiful pieces of technology. I purchased the brushed titanium horizon model and it’s absolutely stunning from a wearable point of view.I daily this as my main wearable along with an Apple Watch Ultra for tracking gym workouts (I wear ‘dumb’ watches on a daily when not working out) but personally I find the functionality and the simplicity of the ring is just second to none. If you are looking for a wearable that provides accurate data (backed by studies), doesn’t constantly distract you with notifications or reminders, and just blends in to your daily routine, then I think this wearable is for you.Value for money wise, it would be easy to say that this isn’t the best value proposition out there. Other wearables provide the same form factor and, perhaps more importantly, doesn’t come at the cost of a monthly subscription to access the granular data offered by the Oura ring and app. (Although personally I think the £69.99 total cost for the yearly membership option isn’t too bad when you consider whoop is more than double the cost).Personally for me the value for money for the Oura ring, with the granular data it offers, the quality of the ring itself, along with a simply beautifully designed app to complement the ring itself, is there and that’s why I’ve given this five stars. I’ve found it to be as accurate, if not more accurate when it comes to sleep tracking compared to my Apple Watch and it is far, far better at detecting naps or cardio activity compared to the Apple Watch. The only issue I would say in this department is that calorie burn and steps seem to be a weak point for the ring (but any wearable that tracks either of these metrics are wildly inaccurate for the most part)

LOVE!!!
Wow! Absolutely love this ring! Great insights for my sleep! Battery life is good, mine tends to last 3 days without requiring a charge. Connects easily via bluetooth to your phone, nice and sleek. Sizing, I would buy one that is just ever so slightly too big for you to maintain comfiness throughout the day. Best purchase I have made in a while!

Oura - a great product!
For those of you sitting on the fence about purchasing one of these Oura rings and to quote a different but kind of linked brand - “Just do it!”The ring is fantastic. I’m not a fitness focused person but it is encouraging me to do better and excellent at what I wanted it for; tracking my vitals, sleep and some exercise. This is easy to use, connects to a fantastic app (iPhone) and - thanks to Amazon - is reasonably priced (especially in their sales!!).Thank you Oura. You’ve produced a brilliant product that anyone can use and offers easy to access data on your health and wellbeing.

Good thing! But too expensive
Good interface of the App, ring looks and fits fine. Visibility and indicators set are fine for me. The only issue is that the battery gets low pretty fast. Have to recharge once in 3-4 days. The price looks too high though. However, in general I am satisfied with it

Please read thing and don't bother buying
I am sorry to say the ring is very bad at tracking anything !I am a very bad sleeper and was hoping to collect data to get an appointment for sleep clinic.I wake up (of which I remember) about 3-4 times at night. Move about trying to get back to sleep. Wake up exhausted in the morning and ring data tells me 93% optimum sleep rating. Then yesterday I spend all day being a marshall at the event (Google fit app on my phone registered 9000 steps and phone was not with me all the time) however ring registered 8 hrs of no activity and 350 calories burned throughout the day.I then had a very stressful evening (I was anxious and actually had an argument and struggled to fall asleep) but ring didn't register any of that... My falling asleep data showed I was out in 11 mins.. where in reality I was not asleep for nearly 2 hrs.And then last straw was today. I had another horrible night in my books however ring noticed 92% of good sleep. Whilst on leasurely walk with a friend in the park out of nowhere ring register high level of stress which apparently lasted 2 hrs and only went back to normal after I sat down for evening meal.Basically I don't know what this ring does ... Just collects data from some cloud.Annoying thing I constantly have to accept activity. Walk or badminton game doesn't get added up unless I specifically went into an app and accepted it. So by the end of the day if I didn't check the app at all it doesn't register my steps at all.Buy something cheaperSome good bits:It looks very stylish in silverSize 9 firs wellThe end

Great for understanding my body
Great quality, connects well to my iPhone and easy to use. Recommend buying a size guide first to make sure buying the correct size. Works well for understanding my body and tracking my cycles.

Good but…
As others have said this is not a fitness tracker as the steps are massively out compared to an Apple Watch but for a sleep and wellness tracker it’s great. The app is really informative and shows you so much detail to help with whichever goal you set at the beginning. Only issue I’ve had is that the black one has a diamond like coating on it which can very easily scratch your phone screen, especially if you wear your ring on the same hand as the one you use to take your phone out your pocket. For that reason I can only give 3 stars, and recommend you stay away from the black and stealth versions
