Good resource for national 5 physics, with practical examples to help the student learn. However, we've found several of the answers listed on their linked website to the in chapter exercise questions are entirely wrong. As answers are held online perhaps these could be corrected by the publishers to avoid confused students. A handful of the questions also included incorrect values for mass etc which made those particular questions impossible to solve based on the figures given. This led to frustration for my student, but it was eventually possible to identify what the typos/errors were, e.g. 4000kg where it should be 40000kg.Overall okay, but watch out for the typos.

In the Electricity section some of the problems described unrealistic situations. For example:A worked example voltage calculated at 31000000000000 volts!!! Virtually impossible in the universe.The wattage consumed by a bulb in a table lamp as 552 watts. This is about 20 times too high, and poses an extreme fire risk.When the student is being exercised in the relationships between the electrical parameters, he or she should be given a sense of realistic orders of magnitude.
