I bought this February 2nd and let me tell you it’s pretty good quality. I don’t have much else to complain about other then the clasp being some other metal and changed color. It’s stronger then I had anticipated it gets tugged on all the time and caught on stuff or pulled by the kids, and it still holds up.

I got these bracelets for my girlfriend and I for Valentine's Day. The bracelets and the packaging they came in were great. We both loved them. After a few days though, one of the bracelets got caught on something and broke. I tried contacting the seller about getting a replacement, since one of the reasons I chose these ones was because of the guarantee to replace them free of charge if anything ever happened. I did not hear anything back. I tried contacting them on here and through their official website. I got nothing back. I even tried calling the phone number on their website but it always gives me a message basically saying nobody can be reached at this time. I've given them a couple weeks time to reach out to me before writing this review and still heard nothing back. Apparently the guarantee they offer means nothing. Would not buy from them again.

"Forever" lasted all of 4 months lol woke up and my bracelet had caught something on my bed and when I slightly pulled my arm it broke off. -smh- I thought this would have gotten at least a year but woof 4 months that's crazy, I'll have to get it fixed now but other that it's been nice.
