This zapper arrived quickly and keeps its charge. I've used it so far for a week without having to recharge. The light is bright enough to be used as a flashlight. When it's the only light on in a room, it attracts the flies and mosquitoes and gives off a very satisfying zap. I originally gave it one star, unfairly, but since then I've perfected my technique: Outside, where there are lots of flies, I use a regular swatter in my right hand and, with my left, hold this resting over a glass or jar filled with a couple of inches of fly attractant (such as red wine or apple cider vinegar). When the flies come, they usually land on the white plastic rim of the swatter. (They won't land on the electrified wire part if it's turned on.) I swat them with the regular swatter or wait till they walk onto the wire part of the zapper and then press the button. Mosquitoes, gnats, fruit flies and other light-weight flyers that you can't even see would get zapped one after another. But my problem here is flies, not the little guys. If I ever go for a walk in the woods or a meadow, I could take this. Be patient till you get the hang of it.

Handy and easy to use tool for all kinds of bugs. I recently left my back door open and allowed a bug inside before leaving for out of town holiday. After we came back there were 10's if not 100's of bug all around. I ordered this Racket after reading some reviews and found it very useful. Within a week I was able to get rid of all the bugs. I am an active back yard user, so sometimes I do bring in some bugs/flies/bees inside. This is an excellent solution for all that. Very good product.

I wanted to like this so bad coz I hate using the regular fly swatter. But it doesn’t kill the fly right away. It zaps them and they just keep on flying. With the regular swatter at least I can swat them when they land on the windows or furnitures. Returned.

It is the best zapper racket I ever got. I've used it for one month, it works great! It's powerfull when zaps, mosquito is killed by only one swat. Charger is good and longlasting, only charged it once at the beginning of this month, taking around 2 hours. I'm using it to protect my daughters from mosquito and flies, it's perfect.The price and quality are good, worth to have one.

I love killing flies with this. Sounds a little weird written down haha. Easily charged and the battery life is long. Sometimes the little gnats fly straight through and don’t get zapped, but man oh man the big ones succumb to this electric swatter like no other

Great that you can recharge. Seems to hold charge for a long duration. Zaps em good!Remember to charge every so often so you have for quick use.

The light does switch on....well that's about it...Tried chasing the mosquitos and flies and the device was useless
