Pwr 180W 165W 150W 120W Charger Compatible with Razer Blade RZ09 14" Gaming Laptop ADP-150TB B AC Power Adapter - UL Listed Extra Long 12 Ft Power Cord

I bought this as a replacement for my 165W charger for my late 2016 RB (the one with 6700HQ and a GTX 1060). The charger works perfectly as mentioned by other reviewers. Of course, the charger is huge but I'm willing to sacrifice that.There was only 1 real problem. The charger didn't work initially, the actual socket is too short to deliver charge to the laptop. It's around 2 mms shorter than the original plug. I couldn't afford sending this for a replacement so I decided to fix it myself. Cutting a bit of the small plastic surrounding the socket fixed it.EDIT: So, first, the problem noted above is consistent, which is absurd. I ordered another charger and it has the same short plug that I had to fix by cutting the plastic around itHowever, I'm lowering the rating from the previous 5 stars to 3 stars because beside the problem noted earlier, it turns out that the charger is not really as durable as claimed.This is my second charger now and the same problem is happening after the exact same length of time, 7 months. The cord just simply comes out of its place, and the white wire is cut (but the charger still works so I assume that's the ground wire). I should note that I don't really apply much pressure on the cord, but it is for a laptop and it is moved around in a bag a lot and some bending does happen every now and then.This is easily fixable with some superglue and insulation tape but having to fix problems with this charger by hand one time after the other shouldn't be the norm.

So, my original Razer charger burned, sparks flew along with with the classic burnt plastic smell. I found this replacement and works fine, comes with 2 NON detachable connector plugs (which is kind of annoying since I only need 1) and the brick is definitely bulkier than the original, but it does the job of charging my laptop and is much more affordable that buying another charger from razer.

I have the Razer Blade 15 (2017)The cord is generously long, the brick size is larger than the OEM part.I use the OEM charger in my go-bag, and leave this one in the office.I've used it for a while now, and had no issues at all. All voltages and such match the factory part.It gets slightly warm, just above ambient. No issues there.Plug fits snugly, no issues at all.

Like most reviews mention, the plug is far too short for the Razer V5 Blade Laptop. It doesn't seem so bad, until you realize it falls out of your laptop constantly. The adapter itself is heavy and runs EXTREMELY HOT. I was working on my laptop for 30 mins and within that time, the adapter literally melted the carpet it was resting on. If things could not get any worse, the power adapter actually failed on me last night after owning it for less than 2 months, so I just barely missed the return window. I know OEM adapters are expensive, but it isn't worth trying to save a few bucks with this one.

My son's Razer power supply went up pretty much in flames while he was at college. We searched around and he decided to get this one. It works well as a replacement and is much cheaper than the actual Razer model. The only minor issue is the adapter is shorter than the original where it connects to the computer and can fall out easily. Thankfully the overall length of the cables is longer than what he had so it kind of balances out.

I ordered this for my 2015 Razer Blade Pro when the charger started dying since Razer didn't offer it on their site anymore. I did contact them for a replacement, but that is a long process and I needed something quick so I could still use my laptop. This charger works perfectly with it. I plan on ordering a second one so I have it on hand the next time a charger dies on me. I was surprised to find a third party charger with the correct volt output for my laptop (the volt output has to be exactly the same; the watts can be the same or higher) since all the ones I saw didn't until I came across this gem. Happy that my expensive gaming laptop is no longer a useless brick!

It indeed works with every Razer "RZ09" Lapotop.It does not overheat like the original Razer power adapter, it has much a longer cable than the original one, PWR+ customer services answered my questions in a couple of minutes instead of the 2 days taken by Razer customer service and it arrived in a very short time (4 days) from the US to Europe.A must have for every Razer user, even if just as a spare part. Well done PWR+!

Purchased this for my Razer Blade 14" late-2017 (September). I use the laptop for graduate school and gaming at home so I wanted an extra power supply to lighten my commute. Been using this for the last couple weeks and have had no problems. Like others have reported, the brick is pretty large but it is far cooler compare to the Razer brick while gaming. It has a very long cable length from the outlet to the laptop. There are two plugin heads so it can be compatible with smaller power port laptops. Overall, highly recommended for the 14" RBs.
