HORRIBLE Leaky Mess and No SupportThis product is a nightmare. The charcoal mask cream arrived already leaking, and it hasn’t stopped since. It ruined some of my clothes and made a huge mess on the floor. The container is still full, but it's constantly oozing product no matter how I store it.Total design failure. On top of that, Amazon didn’t offer any return or refund. Complete waste of money — steer clear!
