**Q: How big are the heating plates?**
A: I am able to press 2 6” rolls, but it cooks so quickly I do each sandwich separately.

**Q: does the top and bottom get hot and cook both sides at once ?**
A: Hello Kathy and thanks for your question, yes both the top and bottom heat so both sides cook at once.

**Q: How many sandwiches can I make at the same time?**
A: Two?  i use it for quesadillas and I can make three burrito sized ones at once.  Check the dimensions, measure your bread, then you'll know.

**Q: Does this get hot enough to give a quick, proper sear to a sous vide piece of meat, i.e., 30-seconds to sear a side?**
