Good quality
Good quality ground ginger. Flavor is good, fresh. Nice consistent color throughout. The bag doesn’t have a very good zip lock seal, so I keep either all of it in jars, or whatever remains in the bag, I put that bag in another ziplock bag.

Taste just like fresh ginger
It has authentic taste same as fresh ginger. I use it everyday in my Indian Tea and cooking. Texture is really smooth and color is just like dried ginger. I love it.

Excellent value
What a great product! And especially excellent value in compared to grating Ginger yourself or even buying Frozen cubes of it. I try to have extra ginger everyday for my health, and this is such an easy form to take it. Good intense flavor, very fresh, I will be purchasing again!
