By far one of the best security camera I have purchased on both product and customer service.Product :1. Super easy setup - as it did not take more than 30 min from software configuration to mounting it.2. Solar powered - I never have to climb up to replace batteries again.3. Excellent featues - Very intelligent software that tracks human movement, superb picture quality and nighttime vision with lights and 2 way audio. I am pleased with the responsiveness of the camera over WiFi.Customer support:1. Attentive and friendly customer service over the phone and highly responsive over email.2. Customer service is able to resolve the issue I have with the product quickly and I am more than pleased with the quality of serivce received.Overall this is the brand I am going to be using from now on (as I am replacing all my older (and 1st generation Netgear Arlo).

I have 3 of these cameras and 1 doorbell camera from Aosu. These are a superb value for the money and I have absolutely no complaints. They work extremely well and have a much better wifi range than a previous camera I have owned. The setup is extremely simple and installation was a breeze. Visual clarity of the video is excellent, motion detection is far superior to the other camera I owned. I really like the solar recharge ability and not having to pull the cameras down to plug them in. I highly recommend these cameras, especially if you are new to security cams. Easy setup, easy installation, and the functionality and controls are intuitive and easy to master. Highly recommend!

Original review:We have a few other security cameras along our property, but this one is the best one by far! We bought this one, specifically for the 360 auto tracking. And it works great. Also, you have the ability to have it set to panoramic view which is another greta feature. The camera/video quality is nice and clear. There are a few features like switching between colour or black and white. This was super easy to install and set up. Will do an update after we have had this product for more than a few days. But we're very grateful we found this one. Definitely worth the price!Update #1:We removed this camera to charge it, indoors for a bit (we've been lacking sun lately), and piece broke off. My husband was super careful when removing it. Now it won't stay securely in place. It's a great camera, but this cheap plastic piece is easy to break. We're extremely disappointed. See photos attached. We originally gave this camera a super high rating.Update #2:Contacted customer service and they resolved the issue. Amazing customer service!!!

The product is wonderful. I love that the solar on it keeps the cameras charged. It goes almost 360 not all the way I say 300 degrees. The app is easy and efficient. Night vision works perfectly and no blurryness . It also tracks people walking by and records at the moment. Only downfall is the WiFi cuts in and out sometimes for the cameras that are a little further from the motum. but if you load it in the app, takes a couple minutes for it to regenerate the wifi and it cuts back on. Worth the buy.
