the flavor is good if you add enough water, it’s almost like a slight cotton candy flavor but at the same time is super sweet even with 40oz of water. make sure you mix it well and it’s there’s no powdery texture. next time i will be ordering non flavored just so i can mix it with my sugar free water flavoring that i prefer. i’m on day three and haven’t noticed too much difference since it’s still early, but i did notice bloating the first two days which i expected snd it has cleared up. overall i’d say it’s worth the price for the amount! i like that you don’t have to add a lot & it comes with the scoop.

I'll update about effects in the future, but as for taste: AMAZING. This is delicious. I would enjoy this as a fun drink not even as a supplement good for my health. It dissolved in my water pretty well, a little flurry, but you don't notice. However, it resettled constantly so you gotta stir everytime you take a drink if you’re not chugging it. I think it gave me a mild headache, so drink lots of water. Update: I tried drinking it while I worked out. One of the best feelings workouts I’ve had. Idc if it was somehow placebo, it felt good. I felt energized but not jittery.

I should have gotten an unflavored i guess. I thought it would be refreshing but instead it's overly sweet from stevia, so that it has that gross cloying flavor. The flavoring itself was good, just too much stevia.
