My first time trying this and I love it. I never had MCT oil before. I am very happy getting this brand. I am not new to this brand. I have take supplements from this brand. Although Aports Research can be pricey, it is a the quality that matters and the research, the testing of it and they indicate the date it was tested. you can even request for the certification. I added a tsp of this MCT oil to my coffee. It is too early to tell but for now, it's tasteless and I like it. Mixes well. Very happy. High quality stuff.

I have read up and researched MCT products and their benefits and decided to try this product. I have been putting this in my morning coffee for the last week and yesterday saw real results. It has helped me focus with tons of energy and totally has curbed my appetite and cravings. Yesterday I got so immersed in a project that I forgot to eat breakfast and lunch. I didn't realize it until about 4 p.m. and I still wasn't really hungry. It completely empties my bowels every morning which relieves any bloated feeling and my tummy is looking much flatter.

This is a very good product, has zero flavor. At first you may need to adjust if you have trouble with swallowing oil. It took me like 2 eels to lose 3 pounds. This is my second time purchasing this product. I have a daughter diagnosed with cerebral palsy, and we are currently introducing her to the KETO diet. After weeks of research, I have checked other MCT oil products but this is the only product & company I can trust. The product came well packaged and sealed. The liquid is clear and has no odor.
