The steel pans are good quality: rolled rim, good corners and interior pan edges (smooth, no stretch pattern on the edges and corners). Very light weight stainless steel, thinner than you’d expect for an inexpensive cake pan, but sound and durable. The bottom pan was somewhat dented, I don’t know whether that was the result of the supplier’s or the shipper’s handling – it was made serviceable again by pushing it back into shape with the back end of a sharpie. Close to stated dimensions, holds about 700ml filled to the rim (not 1 litre, as advertised). Ridiculously small for holding expanding pizza dough larger than perhaps a 5 inch pie; might hold an 8 inch pie's dough ball in the fridge. This might be useful for baking, or for holding contents for food prep. Lids fit, but are clumsy, not recommended for regular daily use for storage in the fridge: the lids are thin plastic, will not survive as long, will not produce a water-tight seal, and will not close as well as those on a well-designed free plastic takeout container.
