15.6 Inch Radio for GMC Sierra Chevrolet Silverado 2019 2020 2021 2022 2023

I installed this head unit in my 2021 Chevrolet Trail Boss LT. To make a long story short....the removal and install of new head unit is not a problem. Went without a hitch. Getting the unit to connect with your truck is another. The instructions are written by someone without a great knowledge of the english language. There's a bunch of run-on sentences, misspelled words and words running together. It's hard to make heads or tails of some of it. However, the customer service is OUTSTANDING. Face timed with a lady named Abby who guided me through how to make it work with my truck. Please keep in mind that these units come from Thailand which has a 12 hour time difference from where I am at in Tennessee. So if you send a message at 2p.m., it's 2a.m. there so you probably won't get a fast response. But, they will contact you back. Nevertheless, everything went well and I love this head unit. Works as advertised. All of the OEM features still work with it. I love it. Looks great in my truck. You can add a sim card to it if you want internet in your car but I just use mine with Carplay and it works flawlessly. Solid unit and well built. Worth the money. I could write several more pages about it but too much reading. I will say the mic and speaker that come with it you will not need. I wouldn't even plug it up because everything comes thru the sound system already in your car. This unit has great sound quality that the truck already had before I put the unit in. Great purchase. I'm glad I bought it.

I installed this in my 2021 GMC Sierra Denali in October 2025. It worked fine initially, but around the 10-month mark the screen started cycling from black to a yellow/blue pattern and back to black, and is now unusable. This is well within the advertised 1-year warranty. I've done real troubleshooting on my end before assuming it was defective: disconnected the truck's battery for a full reset, checked the fuses, and unplugged and re-seated every connector one at a time with the vehicle off. The screen booted back up for about 20 seconds and then died again. Everything else still works fine, including Bluetooth on my original factory setup, USB music, radio, steering wheel volume controls, and AC. It's isolated to this screen. I've reached out to the seller through every channel they list (email, WhatsApp, and Amazon's seller messaging) over several weeks, with no real resolution. Support's main response has been to tell me to press the RST button, which I've tried repeatedly; the screen powers on but stays black. Amazon customer service confirmed there's no return option since it's past the standard 30-day window, and that this needs to go through the manufacturer's warranty directly, which so far hasn't been honored. I'm still actively working with support and hoping this gets resolved with a repair, replacement, or warranty claim. I'll update this review if that happens. The unit has great features when it works, but if it fails within the warranty period, getting real support has been very difficult so far. If you're considering this purchase, it might be worth adding Amazon's 3-year protection plan at checkout for extra peace of mind, or weighing other brands with a more responsive support process.

I have purchased and installed multiple aftermarket radio units throughout my years. I will say I am so glad I purchased this system. This system is an awesome upgrade. It makes my truck look better than the newer vehicles selling for 90,000+. The installation is plugged in play, and there is no way you can mix anything up because all of the plugs fit in a specific place. The instructions are very clear when I completed the installation. I did not have any audio coming out of my factory speakers, this was a user error. I was able to communicate with customer service via WhatsApp. They responded in 20 minutes on the weekend a representative was able to FaceTime me and I was able to correct the issue within five minutes. This head unit is pricey, but you will get what you pay for the customer service alone pays for it. I also love the fact it does give you subwoofer outputs as well as camera outputs for more cameras. I currently have 360 cameras so I am not adding more cameras however since I had the head unit pulled out, I did run some RCA cables with the remote turn on wire for the sub that I will be installing at a later time. This unit was installed in my 2021 GMC At4. It retained all my factory settings, including steering wheel controls. I give this purchase five stars with great customer service.

Good quality unit, easy to install even if you have no prior knowledge of the assembly of the previous one. Looks very elegant and high class on the previous dash. I have a 21 Sierra and it makes it feel like a 24-25 MY. Definitely a more sensible and in my opinion functional upgrade instead of buying an overpriced new GM truck. I am updating my review to reflect a recent software patch I was sent to address some issues I had with the screen, very minor issues (CarPlay related mostly) The support team got with me, sent me a personalized video on how to install the update file, as well as a .zip with the update file for me to download as well! All in all, after ordering, installing, and getting help from the support team, I have to say I am impressed with every aspect of the purchase. Shipping was fast, packaging was good, product is sleek and works great, installation was not terrible, and while they did not have an immediate solution, the support team did work and create one for me after a while! As someone who was on edge about ordering one of these, I now will probably order from seller for every vehicle I purchase!

Massive improvement over the factory system if you want more functionality, better maps, and true Android app support in your truck. I installed this myself in my 2024 Silverado WT, and overall the installation was pretty straightforward. The only part that took extra effort was splitting the factory GPS antenna signal, which required purchasing an additional adapter cable. This is my fourth install of a similar Android-based system, and the biggest advantage is flexibility. Since it runs Android and supports a SIM card, you can run your own apps directly from the radio instead of depending on your phone or the limited OEM software. The large 15.6" screen makes navigation and apps dramatically easier to use and see while driving. Having onboard data through a SIM card is also a huge advantage—I can stream music, use maps, and access apps without tying up my phone (which is apple and I hate it deeply in my soul). One feature I really like is integrating OBD diagnostics through one of the USB ports. I use OBD Fusion to monitor additional live vehicle data while towing, including drivetrain temperatures that the factory system doesn’t display as well. Sound quality is at least as good as the OEM setup, possibly better depending on settings. The display itself looks great, and being able to customize wallpapers and layouts makes the interior feel much more modern and personalized. There are some downsides though, especially on lower-trim trucks like the WT. HVAC controls become a little less convenient. Fan speed can still be adjusted with the physical knob, but temperature changes require using the touchscreen. Some functions, like the rear window defroster, require switching back to the factory Chevy interface. None of those issues are dealbreakers for me, but there is definitely a learning curve to the new HVAC controls layout. Cons: HVAC controls are less convenient than OEM Some factory functions still require switching back to the stock interface Slightly overpriced for what it is Also, the version of Chrome included in the program is the Chinese hacked version since Google isnt allowed in China, they use a jailbroke type of version that will not upgrade or switch to the US version no matter what you do. For some thats a plus, for some a minus. For that reason it may not work on some websites. My solution, install firefox. Bottom line: If you want maximum functionality, app support, navigation flexibility, and customization, this is one of the best upgrades you can make to a Silverado interior. Not perfect, but still far beyond what the factory system offers.

I purchased this mainly because the factory A/C control button module had stopped working, and I also wanted to upgrade from the small stock screen. Installation gave the truck a much more modern feel right away. The biggest positives are the screen size and display quality. The screen is large, clear, and a major upgrade over the original setup. Navigation is much easier to see and use, which has been one of the best parts of the purchase. It definitely improves the interior look and overall driving experience. Where this unit struggles is CarPlay and general responsiveness. CarPlay works, but not well. There is noticeable lag, call audio has around a 3 to 5 second delay, and the system can feel slow to respond. Bluetooth connection to the truck is acceptable, but not seamless. If CarPlay disconnects, reconnecting can be frustrating because you have to dig through the GMC console menus to pair everything again. I have not tried adding a SIM card yet, so I cannot say whether that improves performance. My honest advice is this: if your main goal is a bigger screen, better navigation visibility, and replacing failed factory controls, it can be worth it. If CarPlay performance is your top priority, I would be cautious before buying, especially at this price point.

This was a great upgrade to my 2019 Silverado Custom Trailboss. About 4 hours to remove old and install new via plug-in-play. Spoke with Abby at Viknan via Whatapp to complete as I had issues with the Bluetooth and how I was connecting. Looks and works amazing. Definitely a Five star rating.
