It doesn't. It will show pad placement but the unit already does that.

Is Usb the charging port?

The charge port is USB; however, it is special and normal cables can't fit!

Saw In your comment that it only has 3 electrodes but the picture shows 4? Plus you have a comment that says they only got 3?

There are 4 total leads to be able to attach up to 8 electrodes.

Does it allow you to adjust the frequency being delivered?

Not frequency but intensity. The programs automatically adjust the frequencies and waveforms of the stimulation to match the intended effect.
