The fan's quality is commendable. Initially, I received a defective unit where the light was non-functional, but the replacement process was smooth, and I am now reviewing the new product. The airflow is excellent, and the noise level is remarkably low, especially when considering its speed and comparing it to traditional fans. Aesthetically, the fan is pleasing and does not appear inexpensive. The remote control is also well-designed and highly functional. Notably, the light can be activated or deactivated using the central button among the brightness controls, which is clearly marked with a light icon. Overall, this product is highly satisfactory and offers good value for its price.

Very disappointed with led light
⭐☆☆☆☆ I am disappointed with this ceiling fan. The fan works, but the LED light has a major issue. Even after turning the light off, it continues to blink repeatedly. This is very irritating, especially during the night, and indicates a quality or electrical design problem. I expected a reliable product, but this issue has made my experience poor. I would not recommend this product unless the manufacturer fixes this problem.

Very disappointing experience
⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 Star) Very disappointing experience. The product quality is poor and does not justify the price. The biggest issue is the complete lack of after-sales support. There is no proper customer care team available. Calls are automatically redirected to a chatbot, and the WhatsApp support only provides standard automated responses without resolving any issues. It is extremely frustrating when you need genuine assistance. I regret purchasing this product and would not recommend this brand. Buyers should consider reputed brands that offer reliable products and proper customer support.

Simple & Practical
Simple and practical. The speed is good and the down light is purposeful. Multi bright modes really help. A bit noisy. A few reviews read that it is not a bldc. I ain' too technically poised to know that. But as I see, it is quite lookish and does perform good. Could have been a bit cheaper.
