This pillow just molds and conforms and I have not woken up with a stiff neck since I bought it!

I have had this pillow for about a month now and so far, still good. It is a little bigger than a standard pillow (I think) so I put it in a bigger pillow case. Initially it feels kind of lumpy because of the shredded foam aspect but in a few minutes you kinda forget about that and just melt in. I did buy a cervical support pillow as well and that one has kind of taken over the spot of number 1 - but this one is great for sitting up in bed or when laying down but awake (like when watching TV or reading) and still gets 5 stars.

Bought this pillow on special sale (50% off) to replace my 5-year-old firm-textured memory pillow. The item arrived in a vacuum packaging (rolled up inside as well), you will definitely need to fluff it up once the packaging is removed prior to the first-time use. In comparison with the firm texture of my old pillow, this one seems to be much softer. As I was looking for a medium-soft pillow, I've found this pillow slightly on the softer (than expected) side. However, my 10-year-old child loves it and was more than happy to keep it. So my advice is that if you intend to switch from a truly firm pillow to a medium-soft alternative, this might not be the best candidate; if you get used to a medium-soft pillow and seek a slightly softer version, don't miss this one.

The listing indicates this is a "medium firmness" pillow. I do not disagree with that assessment, but I would like to advise potential buyers that I believe this pillow is a bit "plumper" than the average queen size pillow. Put another way I would never categorize this pillow as being flat. My last photo displays how it fully fills a queen size pillow sham. Other than being slightly plumper than standard, I love everything about this product. I find shredded memory foam to be a terrific fill, providing both the firmness and comfort I desire. The stitching and quilted fabric of the pillow cover bespeak quality. Additionally, I really like the fact that the cover is removable for washing - a convenient mechanism for keeping the cover clean and sanitary. At about $25 this pillow represents good value for the quality provided.

I really have nothing bad to say about this pillow. It is generously filled with shredded foam, giving you plenty of maneuverability. Beat it into whatever shape you prefer. Easily to fluff back to its original shape. There's really not a whole lot more to say. I've bought tens of pillows from B&M store over the past five to ten years.....costing more than this one. Some have been good.....some have ended up being poor. This pillow beats all of those easily......at a much better price. Give it a shot.....you won't regret it.

Nicely made pillow. Initially, I was concerned that it would be too firm—it’s certainly firmer than the pillows I normally use—but after sleeping on it for a night, I’d happy to report that I found it comfortable and appreciated the extra support during the times I was sleeping on my side. The only thing I can think of that one could possible complain about is that when running one’s hand across it, it feels a tad lumpy—due to the shredded memory foam pieces—BUT(!) that slight lumpiness quickly vanishes as the foam conforms the the shape of whatever is pressing down on it.[Disclosure: I received this product for “free”—in quotes because the IRS requires I pay federal income tax on the retail value. The person I bought this for thought it was too firm but gave it to their daughter who is happy with it. They liked the gusset for neck support. It took a little time and fluffing to get into the proper shape, no big deal.

It comes rolled up so you unroll it and let it air out to supposedly fluff up and guess what it does but just A TAD BIT. This pillow is LUMPY and NOT comfortable at least I don't think so. If you want firm DONT buy this!!! Disappointed in NH :'(
