What I really like about this treadmill compared to many other brands is the 7% incline feature. It makes walking more effective and definitely helps increase the intensity of workouts. The overall build quality and experience have been very good so far. It feels sturdy, smooth, and reliable for daily use. The only thing I didn’t like is the calorie tracking. The calorie estimation is very inaccurate. For example, even after walking for a long time, the calories shown don’t feel realistic at all. But honestly, this isn’t a dealbreaker for me because I use my smartwatch/phone for accurate tracking anyway. I personally focus more on completing my daily walking goal (around 2 hours every day) rather than obsessing over calories or distance. Overall, if you want a good treadmill for staying active, improving movement during work hours, and daily walking, this is a solid choice.
