After regular trips to Europe I realized that bidet ( which they have literary in every house there, take Italy f e ) is an absolute must.but having a giant one was not an option , so this bedet is space saver and so easy to install and it works amazingly. Save on Toalet paper, have a better hygiene with this amazing device, thank you !

I'm disappointed that this wasn't as easy to install as the product page had lead me to believe. The problem is that the t-valve doesn't seem to be standard size or the threading is screwed up or something that means I can't connect it to the toilet or the waterline. In fact, it almost ruined the threading on both of those when I tried to attach it. Plus, the instructions don't appear to offer any insight into what size it is and what size is used for the connector out to the bidet. So getting a replacement isn't going to be easy. (See photos for what the connection ended up looking like when I tried to connect it - big leaky mess.)Connecting the parts under the toilet seat was fairly simple. Does require a wrench and a Phillips head screwdriver (neither are included with the unit.)Can't speak to how it works once it's hooked up because I can't even get to that point.The on/off switch is more plastic than I thought from the product photos. I have several other brands of bidets and this one is by far superior, works much better than anything else and is the only one I've tried that leaves me genuinely feeling clean. The aesthetic seems to be much more appealing as well. Looks better on the toilet. Thinking I'll swap out the rest because they don't compare.

I ordered this to replace our old one. This one seems to have a horrible design flaw in both the sprayers and the handle. First off, the handle is a bad idea for anyone that has any form of pets or kids. All it takes is one paw or one hand to push it down then you have water all over your bathroom. Second, the nozzles dont adjust very well if at all. I hooked it up to the same situation I had before with the previous one but I couldnt seem to get it to spray properly.
