This little workout bench is one of the best investments in my health...since my bike. It is comfortable, sturdy and convenient.I already owned some weights. Having the bench helps me to stabilize my body while weight lifting. It is also better for doing sit ups than the feet under the couch method.Its so little and lightweight...I move it around by myself. And I am an older lady.....well over 50yrs old. I adore this little bench. Thank you to the makers and shippers.

The bench it’s self is pretty good, the only complain I have is the leg extension part. It is a bit wonky, but it does the job. Pretty sturdy, however one of the little rings at the bottom for the elastic bands broke within the first couple days. I don’t use the elastic bands so it wasn’t a huge issue, but it was a bummer.

Good product but didn't assemble quite as direction! But after figuring it out good product!

I bought this in May for my home gym, I didn't get things ready until July so it sat in a box for a bit. Seemed ok at first, definitely can't load much weight at all for leg extensions or curls, the pad for preacher curls is too small to use both arms at the same time, can't use the pad to sldo Hyperextensions it doesn't go low enough, the silver toggle pins don't stay in, every set I have to check to make sure the back isn't gonna drop in me because the pin fell out, the height is awkward and I'm not short [5'7.5" with long legs]. Now the most concerning part (for me) says it can handle 650#, I fluctuate between 200/220 and use it to support my back for Hip Thrusts, step ups and upper body work, and the leg frame is bending! I've been trying to figure out why it has been wobbling and low and behold I found it this morning when I was setting up for Hip Thrusts. So disappointing. Now after less than 6months of use I have to buy a new bench and that is sad.

Bench is light weight and sturdy. Would have given it at least 4 stars; however, the main bench hinge was bent when received and the bench would not open all the way. Had to put a lot of effort to open all the way. Due to hinge being bent the clip would not slide in properly, had to hammer it in. Now I will not be able to fold it easily for storage. Didn’t want to go through the hassle of returning it.Pros:Good height, sturdy, light weight, love the preacher pad because there are 3 tilt settings, comfortable, adjustable from decline to 90 deg vertical.Cons:Leg extension is not very functional as the weight bar is too low and will not fit larger weights, leg pad is also too low and feet will hit the ground. Also in the 180deg position the bench is not completely flat, there is a slight incline of about 2-3deg

Bench is as expected for price paid. Sturdy, easy to move and comfortable. Curl pad is on the smaller side but wide enough to get job done ( 5’11” -180).Seller replaced missing the safety clip, exercise bands and faulty bolt immediately upon notification. Sellers service response met my expectations and everything was made right immediately.In addition, I just received a redesigned leg extension bar in response to market feedback on the foot room when the bar is loaded. Amazing service that the leg extension bar was replaced without me asking for it.I am happy with the purchase and would purchase from this company in the future.

What I like at the most is the customer service and the seller support, that make me feel I'm VIP and the only one customer by fast replay and resolving the issue.
