Dumbbell Workout Exercise Poster Guide - 30x20" UV Gloss Laminated Gym Chart

I've put this poster on the wall so that I can create my own workout routines. As a visual person, this chart really helps me have ideas of what I want to do next. The poster is good quality and arrived in perfect condition.

Poster is as expected - but top edges are bent.

This poster is a nice size and color, but as soon as you unroll it the lamination wrinkles. I now have it hanging on my wall with several ugly bumps across the whole posted from the poor quality of lamination. I would not recommend this to anyone who is going to hang it publically, better suited for the inside of a closet door but not on display due to how ugly it appears.
