Quality and Cost effective
It has been a month and I like the supplement. Certainly no ground breaking changes, but subtle change to the skin I think has happened. I also use it topically, by opening the capsule, dissolving in water, and applying it on skin. Most importantly, I want to encourage the manufacturer from bringing a good quality product at a good price (realize I am hard to give praises). Overall: good value for the buck.

I took this supplement 2 morning and 2 evening with 12 mg Astaxanthin + 1000mg Vitamic. It does what it's said but to be honest the fine line and wrinkles on my forehead and smile lines become less deeper. You have to take it if you really care or prevent your skin aging.

This product improves my appearance by smoothening my facial skin. The expense is great, but the effect can be highly impressive. To see a satisfactory effect, I require 12 capsules, four doses of three capsules, daily: 25 years ago, I might have been satisfied with one or two a day.
