Amazon ad showed 7000 AMPS for this device. I didn't see that amperage number on the pics in the ad. Or see it on the specs on the Amazon product page. So, I assumed it was likely in the technical specs inside the instruction manual. I received the product. 7000 amps not showing anywhere on the box or the instruction manual. 35000mah battery life was also advertised. That number is nowhere to be found on the product or its manual. The product has no brand name recognition for an online search for detailed specs. The name of this product on its box and operating manual is way too generic a description to look up online. WTH??? Why so mysterious about branding this product better? And where is the proof that it actually IS 7000 AMPS capacity and 35000mah battery life? Without using external testing equipment? Made in China. Go figure, right? So, now, we play the waiting game to see if it has a long-term performance value or not. They explained that the unit's capacity and battery life not being on the box or in the product's manual was a marketing error on their part. And that they would be fixing that issue. They issued me a full refund and an apology. They stated that this is still a high-quality unit and to give it a chance. We will see if that is the case in the future if I have to use this unit. And how many times it will work or last over time. Yes, they did not require me to return the unit for the refund. A very unique marketing strategy that was.
