Works perfect!
Has little blinky lights on it and it's a very pleasing shade of blue. (Just telling you it works flawless would be boring)

Works as its supposed to with one minor issue.
Used to connect to a micrologix 1000 plc using the mini din connection, rslinx had no issues connecting and had a stable connection in rslogix to do upload and downloads. Its worth mentioning that the mini din connector is not built the same as the Rockwell version. The Rockwell version has a small alignment notch at the top and a larger one at the bottom, the EZSync cable has three alignment notches (at the 10 o'clock, 2 o'clock and 7 o'clock positions) which causes issues plugging it in easily.

Proper PLC Communication Software Set Up is Required
You can use RSLinx (Classic) to properly configure the new connection(s). Communications->Configure Drivers->Add New->Auto-Configure should detect ANY/ALL serial port configurations. Actual detection of a named PLC connection was fully automatic after proper communication was established (may need to run "Configure Driver" again to detect the particular named PLC/connection) . Amazing price compared to the OEM hardware costs of doing the same thing. Tech support responded very quickly via email with response to an unrelated concern.
