i bought 2 of these and you can take them apart and piece it together the way you want. i used the longer arms from both to make a really long boom over my monitors and its holding up fine. i wish that was an option from the get-go but nobody else makes it either. my only complaint is the granularity of the adjustments is pretty coarse but it works for me. There is no spring/tension action, its just friction and notches at the joints. comes with a mic adapter. cable management is simple and works fine.

I bought this for my HyperX microphone, and it works quite well. It's pretty sturdy, not the strongest thing ever, but it gets the job done, it's easy to setup and move around, it's quite easy to make adjustments to my microphone's location. I wish there was a way to connect the cables to the arm for cable management but I can always just buy zip ties. No issues with nice, anytime I move it, it's always been quiet.

This mic arm is exactly everything you need without anything extra. There are many inflection points and they lock in place well. I'm curious if there's a way to keep the pivot points open but I'm very happy with locking it in.
