Twinlab Quercetin Plus C, 100 Capsules (Pack of 2)

I've been taking Quercetin for a while on the recommendation of a friend who is beset with allergies and auto-immune disorders. She swears by it and says it has been effective in fighting some of the inflammation and negative effects she has suffered from. I feel like it helps me, but I honestly can't categorize how effective it has for me because I don't have the severe issues that she has. I do know that the price is better on Amazon than any place else I have shopped for Quercetin. I order through subscribe and save.

Best and most benign natural resistance booster I have found when warding off colds and flu. Taken several times/day when you are in contact with someone who is infectious and heavier still if the first hint of a virus comes on (tickles in throat or nasal thickness), it can substantially improve your ability to avoid contracting the bugs that others around you are falling to. Have sworn by it for years with my family -- it works and all the scientific literature says excess is flushed from your system (water soluble) rather than stored in tissues, so little risk of over-consuming. Colds around? Stay warm, sleep, take this, I bet you will be okay.

Twinlab Quercetin Plus C, 100 Capsules (Pack of 2) Twinlab Quercetin has been a consistently well made (contains listed dose) and effective supplement. I have tried a number of others but come back to this brand. My allergies, in particular contact allergen eye irritation is markedly improved. If there is also antioxidant and/or benefit from the vitamin C all the better. Two capsules in the am and two in pm work best for me but each person will find what works. Amazon price and delivery were very good.

No effect at all... However, Solgar Quercetin is fantastic... Maybe the Solgar formulation (w Vitamin C, Bromelain, Rutin, etc) is just a better combination for me personally, or the Twinlab is not as high quality as the Solgar. I'm not sure. I tried this on the advice of the Low Histamine Chef, and I've otherwise had great results from her recommendations (e.g., Source Naturals Mangosteen is a great product). This, however, was disappointing. Don't get the 2-pack until you know it works for you.

When I take two of the TwinLab Quercetin Plus C caps in the morning I have no allergy or sinus symptoms all day. I've been using this product for at least five years. Once I ran out and tried another brand I did not get the same results. The Itchy eyes and a painful sinus neuralgia did not stay away. All supplements are not equal. The Twinlab brand really works for me.

Yes I like this product being a combination of Vit. C and quercetin w/o any citrus which is helpful for histamine intolerance.I sometimes run out of Histame which I also use, in addition to managing dietary aspects. It all seems to help to keepsymptoms at bay such as aches & swelling in joints.

I get these vitamins from my local healthfood store and I love them, but either I just got a bad batch or they are second quality and that's why they are a little cheaper. BOTH bottles have broken capsules inside, so there is powder everywhere, and I dont know if I'll even be able to use them.
