The best way to invest I’ve ever used it’s great stable. You can change the different weights or you can start at a low weight move up as you get stronger. I’ve actually told other people about this vest and they have purchased the same vest five of my friends, and I will continue to push the vest on other athletes

Really like this vestIt’s super easy to put on and take off.Well made and it stays put.I’m 5’2” and light weight. I put padding at the shoulders for extra comfort since I wear it for extended periods of time.Otherwise very comfortable - much more than I was expecting

Overrated
The weights are difficult to switch out if you want to adjust the weight so it's lighter. Not sure why it cost way more than the other vests because the quality seems like a simple attachment just like the rest.
