Good price and speedy delivery (by Amazon).
I got this to replace my failing magnetic ballast (15 years old, ~45% efficiency, >1s start), very happy with how much less heat (cool to touch), no buzzing and quicker to start (blink of an eye, no flickering). The high ~95% efficiency (thus little heat) means I can mount it with strong sticky foam instead of drilling new holes/modifying my existing light fixture (hasn't detached in 2 months since affixing with constant 8hr daily usage).

Guter Ersatz für Vorschaltdrossel
Ich hatte für meinen Pool eine UV-Filter-Anlage mit 36Watt UV-Röhrein den Filterkreislauf eingebaut, die auch hervorragend funktioniert und Keime sowie Algenbefall wesentlich verringert, womit weniger Chemikalien zur Wasserdesinfektion nötig sind. Erschrocken war ich jedoch, als ich die Vorschaltdrossel dieser Anlage berührte - sie war kochend heiß ! Recherchen brachten zutage, dass das nicht unüblich wäre bei UV-Röhren Vorschaltgeräten. Im Interesse der Energieeffektivität habe ich mich daher nach Alternativen umgesehen und bin auf dieses elektronische Vorschaltgerät gekommen, welches mit elektrischem Fachwissen und ein paar Umbauten auch an diese Röhre anpassbar ist. Es hat nun eine Poolsaison ohne Störungen ununterbrochen gearbeitet und wird dabei nur lauwarm, fast nicht spürbar. Ich bin sehr zufrieden, auch im Interesse der Nachhaltigkeit und Umweltentlastung.

I used it for a Philips T5 eco light and I am very happy it has the same measurements
I would recomend as Philips Eco light replacement.The qualitiy of the lights is bad ... because this is the second replacement.I don't know about the quality of this part, but it is as least as good as the original .... probably better ... and it saves you from buying new expensive lights.
