I have progressively noticed improvement on my face. I use it twice a day (morning before make up, and night before bed). I recommend using it with a serum and massage your face with that. The bigger roller started to get stuck and not roll and this morning, the whole attachement fell. As I put it back together, the hinges holding the jade fell apart and could not be put back together. I tried rolling with just the jade and discovered black streaks all over my forehead. Turns out the inside was rusty even though it never had any contact with water. Very disappointed since I did initially loved this product. The roller itself is easy to use, you don't have to press hard and afterwards your skin feels tingly and alive..
