With the mixed reviews i didnt know what to think when i bought these but i figured for 8 dollars why not give them a try. upon recieving them like others have saidthey are a bit large for a 1 inch tweeter, but when you see the size o the magnet on them it makes sense. i had purchased a 400 dollar component system for my car and placed the tweeters in the back, and afterward it made the back a bit louder than the front. that made me want to get something to bring the front back a bit to be more balanced. these by far exceeded my expectations. they're louderthan the tweeters that came with my high dollar componetnt system. i did blow one after two weeks, but that was my fault for knowingly pushing them to hard. all the people here talking about how they got them and they blew immediatly probably dont know what they are doing. if you dont have a crossover to run with them, you definitely want to use the included in line capacitor that they come with to fade out frequencies or you will blow them (which is what I believe alot of the guys that had issues more than likely did). As I said I did blow one, but i immediatly ordered another pair, turned the gain down a tad on the amp, and theyve been great. the mounts all fit well, but for those of you mounting them with tape, i would recommend geting 3M mounting tape which will leave you no residue at all when theyre removed like the tape that comes with them. great product, and sound just as good as any tweeters from Infinity, JL, or any of those other big name guys that ive ever heard. would recomend to anyone.

Only good as a flush mount.. too big and bulky, the sound is good. (2019 challenger Scat pack)

Overall great pitch for your buck but they didn’t come with ds18 we like it loud stickers like my Skar audio tweeters came with the scar audio sticker but cool tweeters will upload video soon

Very pleased with the quality of these for the money paid. I debated between replacing my speakers with components, or getting 2-ways and adding in these tweeters. I saved about 1/2 the amount I was planning on spending if I went the component route, and I feel that the sound is just as good with these tweeters and a good set of 2-way speakers. Install was very easy in my 2002 Tahoe. Pull off the door panel, pop out the OEM tweeter, cut a hole, and remount. The original setup in these trucks already diverts bass away from the tweeters, but I ended up using the included DS18 crossover anyways. These tweeters sound and look great, and they're not super bright/metallic sounding like a lot of tweeters can be. I would most definitely not hesitate to recommend these to friends!

(Almeno che non siate possessori di una Bentley,o roba del genere) Non esagerare con la potenza (20-25w rms sono più che sufficienti) e taglio di frequenza non più basso di 2800 hz (hp 2800hz)

Si no quieres andar averiguando mucho para la fidelidad del audio en tu auto, esta es la solución. Se ecuchan perfecto y esta muy bien el diseño y aguantan los altos volumenes de los amplificadores, si tengo otro auto sin pensarlo le pondria otro par de estos y dejo de batallar con los tweeters perqueños que se funden a alto volumen

me sorprendieron estos tweeter los conecte directos al equipo y suenan como unos medios de 16 cm sin el grave claro pero muy buenos los recomiendo totalmente

The sound quality of these tweeters are ok. Because of the price don't expect them to be up there with high end tweeters but for the price they are good. Ds18 tweeters don't like distortion of any kind, from your headunit or from your amplifier anyone who have blown these tweeters has more than likely blown when by playing distortion though them. Best thing I found with these tweeters hold them in your hand and turn up your head unit if they start getting hot then you need to turn the headunit down .if your unit not at high volume and they are connected to a amp turn down the gain on the amp, then turn turning up the headunit some more till they start getting warm again. If they still getting too hot then you are putting to much power though them or you are playing distortion from somewhere in setup. After checking for distortion ,I have played them at high volume for 6 hours and they never got warm.
