Great/No grogginess
Loved this product! I am a busy toddler mama who doesn’t always get the luxury of falling asleep immediately with the running to do list in my head. This product made it easy, I didn’t feel groggy the next morning but well rested and the flavor is delicious. I only take a couple times a week when needed. Highly recommend!

feels good waking up well rested :)
I’ve been having trouble sleeping and staying asleep recently, so I decided to opt in getting melatonin. I take it before my night time skin care routine and by the time I am done, I can feel my body is much more relaxed and ready to sleep. It’s been nice falling asleep much quicker and not constantly waking up :) so now i feel much more ready to take on my day with school, work, gym, etc. Bonus points for a yummy taste and good texture!!!
