Tea is delicious, great when you have a cold or something worse. Good anytime. However, I am not receiving any satisfaction resolving my overpayment. Ordered and paid for two boxes, received only one.This item not available at many grocery stores but I will have to continue to search for it. Not planning to order from Amazon and may just find another tea that I like even better. Tea company refers customers to Amazon for any issues and Amazon says NOTHING.One unhappy consumer.

It’s a powder that’s pre-sweetened, not a bag of tea. Surprises people when I share them, but everyone loves the flavor. Very gingery!

It’s so strong. I love it. I would drink it all the time if I stopped running out of it. If you like ginger this is definitely for you. If you don’t like ginger this may be considered strong.I drink it cold and warm, both ways help my throat if it’s ever sore.
