The compact design and LED display are great. Charging is incredibly fast (22.5W) - 54% to 80% in 19 minutes! My phone is nearly 2.5 years old, and I use Battery Protection mode, which limits charging to 80% unless I remove the protection. As a frequent traveler, I've faced low battery issues at least twice a day since my phone's battery drains quicker. Thankfully, a friend suggested this product, and I'm happy to report: - I get almost 5 full charges, more than enough for 2 days. - Three output ports allow simultaneous charging of my phone, earbuds, and watch. No more searching for charging points at airports or conference halls! Safety features, including multiple protections and BIS certification, provide peace of mind. The cable and bank and phone heats up , but at the same time it's charging fasts. Good product but use for fast charging supported phone , And it fit in pocket but not with phone, colour looks attractive, I don't know how many it would last but I think it will be 3 years + So it's value for money

I bought this pTron 20000mAh power bank expecting a reliable long-term backup, but I am deeply disappointed. The Issues: It worked okay for the first few months, but right around the 6-month mark, the performance crashed. It now charges my phone extremely slowly, or completely stops charging midway through. On top of that, it gets noticeably hot while in use, which feels pretty unsafe. The Verdict: Not worth your money given how quickly it loses efficiency and develops heating issues. I strongly recommend skipping this and going with more reliable brands.

Its easy to carry and small my oneplus 10 pro charges fast but i felt like its 15000 mah and not 20000 but all other powerbanks are like this only at this price. Been using it for 6 months and i am satisfied. Also left it for weeks and charge doesn't drop.

Overall Good experience but I faced one incident in which it suddenly went to 0 from 33% charged value

I have extensively tested this pTron 20000mAh power bank on my google pixel 8 and here's pros and cons: Pros: - Compact design makes it easy to carry - Digital display for battery percentage is visually attractive to look at. - green thunder Bolt ⚡ sign let you know where whether it fast charging or normal charging - google pixel 8 has around 4500 mAh battery and it charged it fully (0-100%) twice and around 70% in third time so you can say it has 60.75% efficiency, I don't know it good or bad but charging my phone almost 3 times fully is more than enough for me that why I'm putting it in pros. Cons: - Cable provided with power bank didn't support rapid charging, I had to use my own c-type cable. - when battery of power bank goes below 30% it automatically stop changing after certain period of time, you have to press key in power bank to start charging again, which quite annoying. - There is a malfunctioning when I charge this power bank, I used 25w samsung charger, first time in first 2 hr it only charged 0-4%, I unplugged it for couple of minutes then plugged it again and it started charging normally, second time also in first 4 hr it only charged 0-16%, after unplugging for couple of minutes then plugged it back, it start charging normally. Besides this wierd malfunctioning it takes almost 4-5 hr to get fully charged.
