Very good packaging..love the product.. so peacefull to watch the fountain..love it

Since I'm at a remote location, it took me some time to get my hands on the product finally... Initially, the system just wouldn't work. The motor wasn't pulling up the water so there was no fountain, all that was there was a tiny light blinking in the setup...so I was extremely frustrated.. And btw, red flag here : THERE IS NO PRODUCT DESCRIPTION OR MANUAL INSIDE THE PRODUCT!! No indication on how much water to be filled. No indication whether the motor switch is to be set to + or - or middle. No indication on where the light is to be put. No indication how long the water will last or how long the pump can run... So I requested a colleague who works on electrical gadgets to have a look. He tinkered around the motor till it finally started drawing water... The product is now finally working And I have a fountain inside my room! !
