First thing you need to be aware of---- tons of steps, lots to put together. Knowing that, set aside plenty of time. Ok, now that that's out of the way, this was easy to assemble. Directions were excellent & if you have bad eyes like me, you'd appreciate a circle with a zoomed in pic of what it's supposed to look like. I am methodical with these items because one mistake & a screw or cam lock can get stuck the wrong way & waste your time trying to remove it. The item itself is really nice quality & looks beautiful once it's one item instead of 50 parts. The file cab drawer opens & closes smoothly & the front wheels lock, love that I can easily move this where I want it, effortlessly. There's plenty of space on top for my printer & there's cut out holes in the inside for wires to lead to the back (out of sight). The shelves are adjustable to accommodate any height within that space. Overall, highly recommend. Looks much nicer as furniture instead of cold old metal filing cabinet.

As a teacher, I often find that I do not have enough space to hold all the things especially spaces which I can place confidential student information that would be out of student reach and eyes. This piece of furniture not only is sturdy and looks good, it was easy to build and fits perfectly under the computer table provided at my school. It allows me to have my student confidential information at my fingertips as well as providing much needed storage and making my desk area look more finished.

Like the size, like the sturdiness, easy assembly, the only complaint is when installing the rails in the filing cabinet drawer had a hard time getting them locked in and they are fragile so you need to be very cautious installing them so they don't get broken. Other than that it's a great piece.

Update: this company also doesn’t respond to customer service requests!This filing cabinet is made out of the cheapest plywood I have ever seen. If you put the screws in and take them out for any reason the holes for the screws are absolutely shredded and thus unusable. When you screw in the screws the paint on the wood falls off. The cabinet is also very short and awkward size. The draws also have the issue of the screw holes being already shredded too. The top drawer was unusable for me because the holes arrived already grounded down and the screws wouldn’t stay put. As for the filing cabinet part, it is awkward size and either fits a tad too snug on filing cabinet folders or you can set it to massively too big and then your folders won’t even sit on the rods. The inside of the cabinet is about the size of a shoe box, so limited room. I will be contacting Amazon about a refund because it’s unacceptable and unusable.

You have to pay attention when following the directions otherwise you will end up with a mess on your hands. Once completed you will be satisfied with how nice this looks. Well worth the money.

For the price, this file cabinet is amazing. The quality of the wood is very good. Putting it together was difficult though, as the instruction booklet was confusing. Good thing the actual product page has a video to help but even with that, it was still a long process. 3 stars because the tools needed for the bottom draw to slide in and out broke as I was putting it together. I was still able to put it fully together without it but now it’s not fully functional.

This worked out perfectly for my home office. I was able to put it together by myself in about an hour and a half. It feels sturdy and seems to be good quality! Be mindful when reading the instructions.
