Neoprene Strips Work Great
Baught this solid, self-adhesive neoprene roll to make two PC keyboard pads to keep the keypad from sliding around. It worked great! The neoprene strips provided enough friction to keep the keyboard from sliding and the "peel and stick" 3M adhesive on the tape is really good. This was a really good buy for me and my need.

Heavy duty, but beware of pros and cons
This product is heavy duty and as described, but does not work for my application. A large problem is that it gives off a strong smell that I just don't want in my house. I was going to use it for padding on camera tripods, but then I would have to smell it constantly. It would, however, work well for some application out in my garage, or on a vehicle, or some industrial outdoor use. Anything outdoor but not indoor. For the tripods I discovered silicon non-slip material with adhesive backing, sold elsewhere here on Amazon, and it has no smell at all. It's well suited to indoor home and office use. I'll save the rubber strip material for projects out in the garage.

Only reason it got a four star instead of a five is the adhesive wasn’t very strong, however the rubber was great quality.

Smelled like burnt cigarettes… ended up buying elsewhere
Product arrived and sat in it’s original packaging for a couple of weeks before I got around to using it and upon opening the package, I was hit with a strong odor. The smell was so strong that in the time it took to call my sister to smell, it had al ready leaked out of my room and into the hallway. The tape seems to still be usable but I think I’ll have to save it for outdoor projects as any indoor use will cause the room to smell like a cheap motel.

The adhesive isn't very good, but the material is tough.
I bought this to put a new surface on my plastic garbage can wheels. It wouldn't stick well even though I cleaned and dried the wheels. I finally used Super Glue to fasten it.
