Of no use
T480 / T590 are amazing machines but only if you buy fresh from Lenovo. This one did not have MSO. On top of that the crappy pick up by ecomm with their agent lying about missing pick up and then you find their phone off. One of the worst experiences with amazon

Lenevo t480 i7 16gb ram 512 ssd.
I have received t480 which is like new laptop.no scratch or no defects found till now . Battery backup is very good . Before this I returned dell latitude 5400 which was defective. But this item satisfies in all respect. Very very goooood.thanks to amazon and seller. Cheap price great item.

Worth buying it for 18,199
Item was packed and cleaned well, also delivered on time. Specifications were same as mentioned on website. I have issue with my laptop in charging. I tried to replace or refund it, but at first due to non-availability of replacement of same product, amazon tried to repair it by visiting a technician at my address. But that technician didn't came and tried to resolve query online and closed my complaint without solving the issue. I again contacted to Amazon, this time the initiated for refund process but the laptop picking agent didn't picked my laptop stating that, product didn't met QC standard. After losing all hope I've contacted seller for claiming warranty which is given 6 months with the product. They sent there engineer very next day, but issue not resolved due to some internal problem. They picked my laptop same day for repair and delivered after two days after proper functioning and resolving the issue. Full support provided by seller (renew circuit) and the very polite staff they have. Thumbs up to the sellerš. Product is also very fine and working normal as per specifications given. Battery is new so battery health is also 100% and giving a back up of 3-4 hours depending upon usage type.

Worst product!
Worst product. Not worth the money. I used it a couple of times and multiple problems already. It suddenly switchs off and key board not working

Good product, dont expect first hand experience from a 2nd hand product. Seller did the best..
This is renewed product , but still seller made it look like a new product. RAM, screen and processor are good. Windows 11 pro pre installed. The laptop is delivered on time. All the ports are functioning. There is some issue with SD card slot; I need to press and hold the SD card or it will be pushed out. This is not a major issue.

Misleading product page
Display: page says Full HD but the seller sent me HD display which has half the resolution of Full HD and 1366x768 us not a good resolution for any display

Like Brand New
I got a "Like New" Laptop with brand new compatible battery and type-c adapter that is giving backup from 6 hours to 10+ hours based on various use cases. This laptop helping me in developing pin drop silence work culture. Even if the piece I got has non working LAN port, that is not a problem at all for me, still overall performance and condition is far better than I had expected. Because there is not a single scratch to this laptop. It's like a brand new laptop. Thank you amazon and the seller.
