I purchased the iPhone 16 Pro Max Renewed Premium, and honestly, I couldn’t be happier with my purchase! The delivery was smooth, and everything arrived as expected. It took me a few days before I finally opened the package, and oh boy, was I impressed! 😍 The phone was way beyond what I expected. There wasn’t a scratch in sight; it looked and felt practically brand new! Transferring all my data from my iPhone 12 Pro Max to the 16 Pro Max was incredibly smooth and hassle-free. The phone also came unlocked, exactly as I ordered, which was a big plus. The battery life has been excellent, and so far the phone is working perfectly. I honestly feel like I got a brand-new phone at a much better price. Amazon Renewed Premium is definitely the way to go! I’m extremely happy with this purchase and would absolutely buy from Amazon again. Highly recommended!

I am a Doctor and made the decision to give this purchase a try, spending nearly $1000.00 for a used iPhone 16-plus Max, trust me I was very skeptical too say the least! Let me tell you I had it delivered on time, my husband was out in the yard when delivery came , they were asking for a password which we didn’t have, we were told to check Amazon on my phone, I went inside got my phone and checked on Amazon Prime and there was the code gave to deliver person and signed for package. That was Late on Sunday afternoon about 4:30, i brought it ( I initially hid it away out of sight of my spouse) I did so because I knew he would be furious that I’d spend $1000.00 on a used phone, today’s Wednesday three days later, I went on and called my carrier and had it added to my phone account prior to doing that, I unboxed it and to my utter surprise it was amazing. Not a scratch that I could see you on the screen anywhere, I checked the left side, the right side, even the back as you can see from the attached photos that I am attaching. It was brand new, or look to be brand new had no problems, I own an iPhone 12 plus Max and I had a Samsung note 9 already, I had them take the note 9 off and add the 16+ Max . I am happy, across the board with everything. It came very well packaged in a box as you can see, I put photo of the box it came in, if you’re on the fence about this don’t be. I’m telling you I could not be happier. I’ll come back here in a couple weeks and update everyone on how it’s working, I can tell you this it is up-to-date technology now is quite different, unlike when I did my iPhone 12 max plus, I had to get on the phone with my provider and it took about maybe 45-minutes to do everything . when I opened the box and looked at it. I set it down not thinking next to my iPhone 12 plus, I had no ideal anything would happen till I heard it kind of vibration , when I picked up the phone to look at it it was everything had transferred cause they were only sitting on the table while I went and did something else in the house so, when I come back, I could see the picture of my dog on the front of the new phone and I was like wow what happened if I didn’t know better I would’ve been like it’s gonna take me 45 minutes to an hour and that’s really why it took me three days to open it up, I just did not have time to deal with carrier and Technician for support, and all that drama with cloud and transferring data to one phone from the other. I just did not have the time to get on the phone with the (carrier) and go through all the Rigamarole so to speak . Let me tell you when I saw the dog picture on the new phone. I picked it up and I dialed my husband‘s number and it worked already which was amazing. I still called the carrier and told them and they were like what’s happening is it’s ringing from your iPhone 12+ it automatically because it’s two iPhones everything transfer over and from the note 9 so I didn’t have to do anything, but took me about maybe 10 minutes and that’s cause their system was slow to have them take the phone number off the note 9 and move it to the new iPhone 16+ and then they call me and checked everything and everything was operating fine. I am so happy again if you are on the fence, take a chance you know how great Amazon prime is. If you buy something you don’t like it you could send it back. I am tremendously pleased with this purchase, check out the photos. UPDATE: It’s exactly 2-months later after purchasing this I-Phone 16 Pro-Max, This is the best purchase Ever that I have made on Amazon as far as electronics goes, I told you how pleased I was initially with it and promised an update well…. I am even more happier now that I have had 2-months to try it out , let me tell you it is even better now, I’ve learned to navigate it because there was some differences between my 12 & this 16, as far as how it operates and what button does what but I am Loving this phone guys it is Amazing so very glad I took a chance and bought it!

Ok, I’m a galaxy gal with a S25 Ultra phone. People tell me try Apple’s iPhone, and I put it off for more than 12 years. However, I do own 2 Apple Mac Minis, and I like the computers. Well, I looked up iPhones on Amazon and other sites and came across this iPhone 16 Max Pro with 8 gig ram and 1 terabyte storage for just a little over 900 dollars. A lot of money for an iPhone that’s a year old I thought. So I took the risk and made the purchase. When I got the package in the mail I hesitated even opening the box and contemplated just returning it back without giving it a chance. Well, after opening the box and charging it up, I transferred my data over to the iPhone 16 Pro Max and it worked well and fairly easy too. I still wasn’t too impressed with the iPhone just yet, but I gave it a chance. As I began using it and saw the battery life was at 98 % I thought, WOW, nice iPhone with a pretty decent battery too. I also noticed it still has an Apple warranty until March of 2026. The phone is beautiful and works great thus far, but my niece said I should get the iPhone 17 Pro Max. So I looked it up and didn’t see why I should go into a 2k debt for an iPhone 17 pro max with a 1 terabyte storage drive. After all, my iPhone 16 Pro Max still gets another 6 years of updates on the iOS software. I have to say I still have time to return this iPhone, but, right now, this is a well made and solid purchase and I feel very comfortable with it after 2 weeks of use. I still have my android Galaxy S25 Ultra, and I’m gonna keep it too, but the seller of this iPhone certainly does ship out beautiful and quality iPhones to the buyers. No scratches or dings and a great battery life too. The item arrived with great packaging and I am impressed with this seller. Now my niece with the iPhone 17 pro max with 256 gig of storage loves her phone, she’s had it for about a month now, and yes,she paid more than me and I have a 1 terabyte storage drive on mine, and her first complaint about the iPhone 17 is, the aluminum casing gets scratched up easily forcing her to get a cover so she doesn’t have to look at the scratched up case on her new iPhone. The IPhone 16 Pro Max has a titanium frame that is solid, and I do have a case over it to protect it from drops or falls. Would I recommend this iPhone and seller on Amazon. ABSOLUTELY YES! Alyssa

Where should I start. I ordered this I phone 16 pro max in August. I waited to write this review because I was waiting for something positive to put in the review, sadly this never happened. This experience went from bad to worse ending in the worst experience I have ever had with a product.the first issue happened before the phone ever arrived. You have to be home to sign for a cell phone and since the arrival window is basically all day I cleared my whole day just to find out that it wasn’t arriving until the next day. Not being able to take off work to wait for my phone I had to get my parents to sit at my house all day till I got home only for it to be delivered 15 mins after I arrived home. The phone never worked quite right in my opinion, but I was upgrading from a 15 pro max to 16 pro max so I just wrote it off as having to get used to a newer version. The first problem I had was the Face ID never really worked right I had tried doing a face scan multiple times between being extremely difficult to get my face scanned once it did it would tell me it didn’t recognize my face afterwards. A few of the other things were it didn’t seem to hold a battery very long. It would spontaneously shot off even in the middle of a call. The charging cord would fall right out of the phone. I did some research on the last one and google said the newer phones needed better cords so I spent the money and it did seem to work for a short time. Fast forward to this past week when things really started going really bad. We’re out of state visiting my daughters and no matter how much I charge my phone the battery dies with in 20 - 30 mins. Let me also say I have a case my phone is always in so I start to notice the case doesn’t fit right anymore as in the sides of my phone are higher then the case and to use the buttons i have to push the phone down so the case button aligns with the phone. I think maybe the case wasn’t good so I mentioned it to my husband who tells me to take the case off. This is when we see the entire back of the phone is coming of. at this point my phone will sporadically turn on and the battery life will always say something different ie: 85% battery then turns immediately off on its own i turn it back on now it says 10% battery. It will not connect to the internet anymore and will only stay on for seconds at a time. We contact the supplier and are given a 24 to 48 hour time frame for them to get back to us. I have already been without a working phone for a day and a half we are getting ready to leave to go back home and i need a working phone for the trip. So we contact Amazon’s refurbish department and a very helpful lady helped us. She had us send her photos and said she would issue a full refund. We were luckily in the refund/ return window. We went right on and purchased another phone from a different supplier. My last one said it was excellent condition this time I got one that said premium condition. Fingers crossed it’s better. It is supposed to arrive today i will give a review on that one after I use it for a bit but so far it’s coming on time so I’m already off to a better start. The supplier contacted us by message the morning after we resolved the issue with Amazon. The message said they would get back to us when they were in their office on Monday. My husband told them Amazon was refunding us the money. Today which is Monday the seller replied back with “Amazon is refunding the whole amount? Are you sending the phone back? Everyone’s #1 concern was the battery swelling and could it catch on fire. My daughter owns a 100 year old house so I have been carrying a useless phone with me for 4 days now because she is scared it will catch her house on fire. All the seller is worried about is are we sending the phone back to which the answer is yes we don’t want this potential fire hazard anymore. My second biggest worry is not getting any of my data off the phone because it won’t stay turned on. I’m going to have to pay more money to have a geek squad person try to do it when I get home I’m adding pictures of how bad the back is and pictures showing there is no damage on the front or bad of the phone that could have caused this issue. I would give this negative stars if I could. I am aware that getting a refurbished phone can have some issues but a phone listed in excellent condition should never have these kind of problems. This is definitely a buyer beware of this seller. I think if Amazon doesn’t want to deal with these issues in the future they would be wise to cut ties with this seller

I ordered the phone in all black with 256 gigabytes of storage in the “Good” condition and it came to me in 5 days. The exterior was clean with very minor scratches that you honestly can not notice unless you are really looking for it, otherwise it’s not even there. The screen has zero blemishes and is completely clean. The battery was at 90% capacity and was first used in November 2024 and was manufactured in October 2024. The back has no scratches and the camera works perfectly. The phone does overheat when you first get everything loaded onto your phone so do not overreact it’s common and happens when the phone is working heavy task. I do not have any problems with the phone at all and I am glad everything works great.

I had been putting off purchasing a new phone for far too long but didn't want to spend the extra $ on the latest version. I researched this option did some extra searching using AI and found this to be a practicle and safe solution. Even though the phone didn't come in an Apple Product box. When I opened it - it looked absolutely brand new. I started the set up right away had a few reboots and everything seems to have migrated as expected. I'm very happy with my purchase so far. I do love Apple Products even though most of my work is done on a PC, I am learning more and more about Apple products and they do have their advantages.

This is an amazing iPhone 16 pro max. Battery capacity is at 100% , no unknown parts, brand new and I was given everything I expected from my order. I was given my 1TB storage which I needed! Overall it is a good quality new iPhone. It looks brand new. Screen quality is amazing. Easy to use. Love the features! Overall I recommend this phone!

I purchased his phone for family members seeking a reliable device at a low cost. Yes, they are refurbished, but to be honest they appeared quite good. You must examine every detail to detect a minor scratch. If any exist on these devices, they function perfectly, and the battery seems to have been replaced.

Quiero compartir mi experiencia para quienes estén pensando en comprar este equipo. En mi caso lo compré con BuySPRY y, sinceramente, todo el proceso fue muy rápido. El envío, la entrega y el empaque llegaron en excelentes condiciones, así que en ese aspecto no tengo ninguna queja. Como ya se ha mencionado en otros comentarios y videos de YouTube, en la caja únicamente viene el teléfono y un cable genérico (al menos en mi caso), sin cargador. Para mí eso no fue un problema, ya que tengo cables de mejor calidad. De hecho, el cable que incluyen es bastante sencillo y ni siquiera lo utilicé. En cuanto al equipo, las fotos hablan por sí solas. Físicamente me dejó muy satisfecho. Tiene algunos detalles estéticos muy leves, pero nada que me preocupe, ya que el 95 % del tiempo uso funda. Además, el teléfono no muestra historial de reparaciones y llegó con un 94 % de salud de batería. La autonomía me ha sorprendido para bien y, en mi experiencia, la batería dura bastante. Algo que sí noté al principio fue que el equipo llegaba a calentarse por momentos o al utilizar ciertas aplicaciones. Sin embargo, no creo que fuera un problema del teléfono, sino de la penúltima actualización de iOS. Después de actualizar a iOS 26.6, ese comportamiento desapareció o, al menos, ya no he vuelto a notar que se caliente. Este tipo de compras siempre hay que hacerlas con cierta precaución, ya que la experiencia puede variar de una unidad a otra. Sin embargo, basándome en mi experiencia, volvería a comprar un equipo reacondicionado sin dudarlo. En general, quedé muy satisfecho con la compra y superó mis expectativas.
