Absolutely fantastic. We ripped our caravan fixed seating out and replaced with a 3 and 2 seater.Really comfy and look great.Be warned though when you open the bag they expand very quickly.They look a little crumpled after 48hrs but 1 week later they look great.

WORST SOFA EVER!! I purchased this sofa because is was compressed which allowed me to get it up the very narrow staircase.I left it for 5 days & it still hadn’t opened up to it’s correct size & shape & you could still feel the springs.I contacted Amazon customer service many times & sent photos to show the faulty sofa.They agreed that the sofa is faulty & they will send a courier to pick it up & this is the only option to get a refund.I explained over & over that the only way of getting the sofa down the stairs will be to break it into pieces but they said that they can’t accept this & the courier will remove it.The couriers then came to pick up sofa & said it’s impossible to take it as it won’t fit through the narrow staircase,they signed a letter as proof that it was faulty & even rang their boss to explain what I had been saying repeatedly to Amazon.I had to then ring amazon back but instead of helping me they said they will send another courier to pick up the sofa.The whole situation is causing me so much stress & the numerous amazon customer service staff don’t listen & are extremely unhelpful.I’m now stuck with a faulty sofa with no options.Just be aware that if you are in the situation I’m in Amazon arent going to help you!I’m taking this matter further with my credit card company but just want to make you all aware of the situation and the extremely poor customer service experience I’m having with Amazon.

Color and size is great. I wish it was all memory foam but it has springs. I had to steam the fabric to get all of the wrinkles out. Cover is still quite baggy even after 3 days. Wish it was a little tighter. Overall it works in the conservatory.

I wanted to leave this a while to write a review. I think some of the others have not given the sofa time to fully enlarge.For the price it is extremely good quality. My 14 year old daughter fights me for it every evening.Some of the material is still a little creased but to be honest this does not bother me one bit!I added a bolster to the top for extra comfort .I think the company should have an added extra bolster you could purchase in matching material to add that extra height if you so wish.

As with all things, there are pros and cons with this 'sofa in a box'.The first pro is it arrives very compactly packaged in a box. Mind you, it's heavy - a two person job to lift.The compact packing makes it ideal for - student digs; teen bedrooms; hard to access flats etc.Once in place you can then unbox and open the plastic vacuum packed seal. The 'sofa' starts to expand to resemble the final shape, although it takes a good while to get closer to the expected sofa shape and size.We prodded and poked at it a bit to try to encourage it to fill the outer cover properly, but it remains a bit untidy and doesn't look as neat and boxy as the seller's images.I used a steamer to release the creases on the cover to give a bit of a better impression.Final outcome is moderately acceptable, depending on your expectations. I would not recommend this as a 'main' sofa in your living room - it just isn't up to that sort of standard. It's not bad for occasional use for teen bedrooms, games rooms or student digs as an alternative to only having a bed to sit on.The back is short so it's not very supportive, but the seat is soft and comfortable to hang out on.The two seater is too short to lie out on but a side sleeper might just be able to curl up on it for the occasional sleepover, and if they can it will be comfy enough.It's my opinion that it's overpriced a bit at the current sale price of £259.99 for the two seater given the overall quality but it's not without its uses - it doesn't look totally true to the seller images.

The sofa seemed to have very little structure which was not ideal so I sent it back the next day of receiving it. However, I am still waiting for the company to confirm receipt of the sofa, although it has been over a week. Please can you process this refund.

I bought this product in spite of some of the reviews on here. I think that some people haven’t appreciated the innovation of this product. For example, we have a small stairwell which would not be suitable for a structured sofa. This sofa enables our little home to have a full sized, comfortable sofa, without any of the hassle. I’d recommend.

The item ordered was a 3 seater in grey. I received a 2 seater in biege. I have decided to keep this item but would like the price difference of around£50 refunded please
