Had to get a pump for motorcycle tyres as it’s difficult to get to the valve. This pump is small and light but with a big punch. Tops up tyres in a few strokes only 1 small issue the retaining clip gets squashed when you use the pump. This is not a huge issue but could be a nuisance in some cases. I seem to recall this has been a problem on foot pumps since they were invented so... Overall this is a good pump and I would recommend to anyone who needs a light pump with an accurate gage.

Tempted to go cheaper, but most reviews slate those.This is a well made pump that has a nice smooth action. It feels quite sturdy and the instructions clearly state that the gauge is only for reference. I have a very good brass gauge and would never be daft enough to think these cheap plastic things would be accurate. You can't afford to guess your tyre pressures.So far I have done eight car tyres and a couple of scooter tyres and I am very impressed. If it lasts as long as my old one (over 8 years) I will be happy...a bit of TLC every now again probably would have made it last longer!

I bought this product because its difficult to find garages with airlines working in our area at the moment in the current health crisis. It is well made easy, to connect to tyre valves and reasonably efficient to pump up to pressure, although quite physically demanding. But overall I am quite pleased with the product and it arrived bang on time.

I was relieved to receive this as my old pump had broken and I knew I needed to sort my tyres out. Sadly though my relief was short lived - I knew from first drive after using it that the pressure wasn’t right. I had pumped my work van tyres too, same story! I therefore had to take time out of my work day and my home day to go to an actual garage to get them to check the pressures. They were wrong by quite a lot.I’ve since read other reviews that make reference to having a separate pressure reader. What is the point of a tyre pump with a gauge if the readings on the gauge aren’t accurate?I’ve chucked it away and spent more on a digital one which has proven to be a good move. I wouldn’t recommend at all.

I've only used this on car tyres, the gauge differs by 10% from a better built gauge that I have and this one doesn't inspire confidence so I always check with the other one.The single biggest negative is that it's not very easy to get the hose attached to the tyre and it's impossible to get it off the tyre quickly and easily, so you lose air pressure as you're fiddling about. Consequently I deliberately slightly over-inflate and then use the other gauge to bleed air to bring pressures down to the mark. Clearly, this leaves much to be desired.There's a lot of creaking and scraping of metal as I operate the pump and I would prefer something that was made a bit stronger - but I haven't broken it yet and I don't use it often. It seems reasonable value for the price.

My original review said this was "built like a tank and great price too". It is now 14 months old and has been used maybe 20 or 30 times and it has fallen apart. The joint at the base of the pressure gauge failed, and it seemed to be repairable, so I removed the manifold between the gauge and pump cylinders, then screwed the gauge back in. I began to suspect all was not well with the construction of this equipment - all too light. When re-assembling, the bolt sheared off. It was plastic!My overall opinion of this pump is now, sadly, much reduced to "DO NOT BUY THIS". Unable to give it zero stars, so 1 star given. 1 star too many!
