Simple to operate. Heats up very quickly and feels great against my eyes. Have noticed an improvement in my dry eye symptoms since using this. Using it just before bed relaxes me.

I bought this mask to help with my dry eye. The Dr. told me to use a warm wash rag on my eyes but it just didn't stay warm long enough. I use it on low most of the time and med sometimes but the high is just to hot for my eyes. Very comfortable the fabric is soft and I like that you can remove the inside to wash the cover. It is also very relaxing

I originally used a glass bead product that needed to be heated in a microwave. It was too hot at first and needed to cool down. Then it could be used for only a few minutes before it was too cool. This product uses a USB power source (I use a battery for portability). You can adjust the heat level and ise it for as long as you want. Problem solved. Oh, and did I say it works for dry eye?

I think this is helping my dry eyes. I sometimes put some bottled water drops on cosmetic rounds to add some extra moisture.

Received was described by seller. Package was nicely wrapped and secure. Eye coverage was good. Best used if lying in bed or on couch. Love the quality and fit. Can travel with it too. Would recommend.

I've ordered and returned so many eye masks, but will keep this one. It is comfortable, and gets hot enough-two features that failed on the other masks I've tried. This mask is flat, not formed, which is more comfortable for me. The strap is thinner so can be adjusted easily.

I love this, BUT BEWARE, with the elastic strap as loose as it will go, it fits perfectly, BUT, I'm a tiny woman and have to wear "youth" size baseball caps (the adult size goes over my ears and won't tighten enough.) This would be super tight on the average size man. Hope this helps.

my dr suggested a heated mask to help with my dry eye. the microwave masks are a waste, dont stay warm. this is perfect and does a great job. well made.
