An excellent magensium supplement for the price and it comes in a glass bottle which is cool as I have a real aversion to the plastic tubs most supplements come in these days.This is magnesium bisglycinate, which if you're only going to take one type of magnesium (there are multiple types), then this is definitely one that would be at the top of the list for several reasons such as its absorbability, it gentleness on the stomach, it's gentle calming effect, and it high bioavailability. So it checks a lot of boxes.These capsules aren't small, but they're easy enough to swallow and leave no aftertaste, and didn't cause me any unwanted trips to the bathroom, which some types of magnesium does. There's 100mg of elemental magnesium bisglycinate in each capsule, and there's zero anti-caking agents, etc.High quality product at a fair price.

I have to take magnesium glycinate every night otherwise I end up waking several times throughout the night with restless legs.These supplements work exactly as I need them to. I take two a day about an hour before bed and I generally get a good nights sleep.You get 30 days supply, the capsules are easy to take and do not have an aftertaste. I like that these are manufactured in the UK too.

I used to take magnesium for cramps and to help me relax but have more recently taken it to help with sleep.Magnesium glycinate is the most bio available and that is what this contains.I absolutely love the container; although it is plastic, but it does has a really nice look to it. I decant all my other vitamins into a weekly dispenser, but I keep this bottle and another from the same brand, on display.I wake feeling refreshed.The capsules are bigger than other capsules (ie 💊 if you know Amoxicillin capsules, they’re bigger than those) but still easy to swallow with water.

I really like Charava's products, and have had good success with their other lines, but I admit their aesthetic has a lot to do with it too... Their bottles are just so sexy! I can't explain it!I previously took their Magnesium complex with Zinc and D3, and had a good experience (specifically, somehow, it tackled my motion sickness and prevented a hangover?). But I am adding other vitamins to my lineup, which contain zinc already, so I decided to simplify and just try the magnesium glycinate.The dose of the only-glycinate capsules vs. the magnesium complex capsules are quite different, and I have a hard time understanding it. The complex has magnesium glycinate 816.67mg (amount per serving 250mg for the full 3-types complex), and this magnesium-only capsule only has 100mg (and also, it is called "Magnesium Bisglycinate" on the ingredients instead of "Magnesium Glycinate," which is also confusing, because the front of the bottle just says "Magnesium Glycinate.")Anyway...I tolerate these well too, haven't used them quite long enough to report long-term groundbreaking affects, but I will say it seems to help my tension at night. My legs/hips get very tense and I have a wicked case of RLS, so these have been helpful.I think I prefer the complex, but too bad/so sad, because I have to mind the ingredients of all my supplements. Decent quality for such an essential supplement.I've found magnesium quite beneficial as i am getting older and these are priced as most are these days.

With the proviso that this review is in relation only to my own personal experiencex, and that you should seek your own nutrition advice before buying...This seems like a very good Magnesium supplement.The capsules are well formed, easy to swallow, and leave no after-taste.Personally I find that during the time I have been taking them, my sleep has become deeper and less interrupted, and in addition my muscles and joints are feeling less pain. Of course this may be a coincidence, but I am confident that these capsules have helped.I'd buy this product again.

Easy to take, no bad taste. I feel like my muscle cramps have been getting better, as is my sleeping. Price is currently £9.49, which I cannot fault them for. Good value!
