I never leave reviews, this deserves it. 10 reps x 4 sets gradually getting higher using both back diaphram and front (2 different postures) in through the mouth out through the nose... youtube it. You gotta get that 360 full motion. Or on low resistance doing a 1 minute or 2 minute workout this is killer and stretches your lungs out like crazy. Brought flem up on me first days or two. Use every day without fail. I also feel lower back muscles hurting like its working something when doing the bent over position. Great bit of kit to enhance your lungs capacity and strengthen full diaphram. Make sure to take it easy on first week.

The perfect tool for anyone looking to improve their breathing or lung strength. I’m already seeing great results, and the fact that it’s portable is a huge plus.

The item works as expected, very easy to use by rotating the front of the lung trainer. Mouth piece is a moulded silicone that fitted well and did not cause any discomfort. The item arrived boxed and in a sealable plastic bag, therefore does not appear to be sealed in a sterilised environment. Do ensure you sterilise before you use but certainly works well and could be used to imitate high altitude training.
