Beautiful skylight shades. Totally in love with it. Installation was a little bit challenging, but once we watched the video it all came together. It looks great in my living room. It opens and closes with a breeze. Would highly recommend it to anyone. The seller made sure to contact me before the product arrived to make sure the measurements were correct and also offered to assist if needed. Can’t ask for a better product. Looking to later buying another for my bathroom once we get it redone

We ordered this product on January 9th, and it took about four weeks to arrive since it was originally shipped from China. However, because the seller has limited control over the manufacturing process, the motor I received did not function properly. It appeared to be not like a new item and had multiple black ink marks, and the remote batteries were dead with some signs of discharge.I reached out to customer service, and they responded promptly, offering me a replacement motor. They also provided PDF instructions for installation and setting up the motor and remote. After reviewing the instructions, I realized that the motor had been pre-used and set to stop at a short distance. Following their guidance, I was able to reset it correctly while I wait for the replacement one.During my research for a solution, I accidentally came across another Amazon seller, ZStarr, who provides detailed video instructions. If you're struggling with installation, I recommend searching for their videos, as they sell the exact same product and the videos are great to guide the installation using the 'correct' way. In my case, the support strings were placed on the wrong side of the black roller, causing the shade to extend and collapse in the opposite direction related to the movement of the two end brackets, which led to it getting stuck when running the motor. I identified this issue by watching instructional videos from ZStarr and manually drilled new holes to reposition the strings correctly.Final Verdict:I’m giving this seller 5 stars, mainly due to their excellent customer service and the high-quality shade itself (only seller provide oversize shade). While the initial experience with the motor was frustrating, their support team was helpful in resolving the issue.

Ordered these blinds for out kitchen and bedroom. Had used them before and with the right measurements, fit perfect inside the windows used at the house. Love this product. Highly recommend to enhance the windows of the home!

Easy to install, good communication, size fit good,

The media could not be loaded. I usually don’t leave any bad review even when a product wasn’t ideal, but for this one, I have no choice. It’s pricey for my 21”x 45” skylight blind. My handyman installed it last Sunday, everything was fine. However, 3 days later, on Wednesday, the blind stops moving all the way up, only opens 4”, then stops, it can close, but just won’t open more. On Sunday, my handyman and I tried all methods on the support page, including removing it and reset, but the motor only rotated a small range, then stops, the motor reset does not work too. Also, the blind are not wide enough, there are light leaks through on each side(but this isn’t a deal breaker). There is no customer service to call or chat online.Since I am in the return period, I tried to return it, after filling out all info, they told me it’s not eligible for return, the seller will contact me in 48 hours. But they didn’t respond in 48 hours

Works as intended and exactly how i thought it would work for our bedroom skylight. I purchased the solar cell also.

The shades did not come with installation instructions and the video they link you to on their website does not match the shades I received. I was able to figure out the installation but it took far longer than it should have and was much more frustrating due to the lack of instructions. I also reached out to support as my blinds wouldn’t fully extend and never received a response. If it happens to you, you need to hold down the button for 10+ seconds and then fully open and close the shades to reset the stop position. Also, I was hoping they would be compatible with my other remote for my other roller shades, but they are not. Just a heads up if you are hoping to combine in a single remote, you likely will need one specific for the skylight.That being said, they do work well. So if you don’t mind spending 5 hours on what should be a 1 hour job, go for it.

Love it very much. The size is pretty much fitting into the size that I submitted to the seller. Installation is easy since the seller attached the installation video to this product description.
