Berberine Phytosome, 120 Vegan Capsules

This is amazing product. I will see how it will work with my cholesterol medication on my next checkup. It will be three months and I recheck to see how it’s working. I haven’t had any side effects or digestive issues with it. In fact it makes me feel better.

I was told I am insulin resistant, and had high cholesterol, and was only one point away (BMI) from qualifying for the expensive weight lowering pharmaceuticals, but was denied. I started taking this a few months ago as part of a regiment after some research. Although I haven't had repeat labs yet, I went from weighing close to 150 lbs to in the lower 130's. I feel so much better. I take this usually twice a day, sometimes 3 times a day, and combine it with making healthy, good fat low carb choices/substitutes, avoiding processed sugar, as well as excercise in the form of walking. I had done all of these things in the past with very limited success. The difference has been combing those while taking this as well. I feel like this supplement has also helped me stick to this regime because I'm having way less cravings for the things that would undermine my health.

Doctor recommended supplement which has lowered my blood sugar and seems to have increased my energy too. Haven't noticed any negative side effects.

One of the best berberine supplements I've ever used (and I've used a bunch)! This berberine phytosome supplement has one of the best absorption ratios that I've ever used. I have been using it for over a year, and it has repeatedly helped to keep my glucose levels below an A1C of 6.7 and lower. I usually only need to take it once in the morning. I admit that I use other supplements in combination with this Feel Good Berberine Phytosome high absorption supplement but this is a staple of my glucose control supplements. I have not experienced any side effects and is works well with the other supplements that I take. There's 120 capsules from which I get 60 days of use from one bottle. I recommend this Berberis based phytosome product.

I have been taking Berberine from this maker for about 9 months. The quality is excellent. It is easy to swallow, and for me, it makes a difference.
