It's a bit strong for teenager in my opinion, but doesn't contain anything suspicious. It's also very cheap. As long as the daily recommended dosage is respected, it shouldn't cause any problems.

This is a plastic bottler of 60 Biotin Gummies for teenagers. They have a pleasant strawberry flavour and have a soft chew. Biotin helps with hair and skin health so this is an easy way to get teens to take it. I do like that they don’t have artificial sweeteners. I don’t like that the listing photos show a full bottle when it is only half full – over use of plastic isn’t good. It is quite expensive though, at almost £10 for a month that’s a lot especially, if you have more than 1 teenager.
