Holds hair well, durable, metal content I’m not sure, hair thickness I have the least thicker hair so not sure, it is beautiful. Weight is okay.

The design and color are adorable! I love it! The only thing that sucks is that due to the design, it doesn't open fully. I have thick curly hair and getting all my hair in the clip is impossible. It is a bit difficult with straight hair but doable. I still love it though!

I have thick, long, curly hair, so I tend to stay away from hair claws and clips. They tend to break easily and such, but kitsch claws actually hold well. I bought this because of that, bust sadly it doesn’t have the same thickness and sturdiness to it. While I can use it a full hair updo, I feel it could end up snapping. Half an up do with it seems more manageable. I will be careful with it to not break it since it’s pretty cute. It’s bright red as the photo shows, but it’s not super big. Just slightly big. It’s not uncomfortable once you have it on, but I feel like it tangles a bit when I take it off. All in all, it’s not bad, just not what I was hoping, but that’s on me.

The hair clip is big and sturdy and red. Hello Kitty's face seems to have a protective coating of some sort and you won't be able to scratch it off. I have tons of hair and the clip can hold it all up in a bun.
