This deodorant is VERY effective, and lasts for a VERY long time—at least 24 hours. I am glad they offer the sample pack to you can try all of their scents. I didn’t particularly care for the Columbia Rd. scent (it reminds me of my grandmother’s lotion from the early ‘90s), but I LOVE the After Thunder scent.

Very impressed. Balm absorbs almost immediately so there isn’t any grease or powder left behind - meaning you can’t see it and it doesn’t transfer onto clothing. Effective at deodorizing. Lasts a long time. Scents are really nice (the only one I don’t like is Columbia Road, too much like baby powder/grandma soap). The rest are fairy unisex. I wish the price wasn’t so high but it doesn’t seem like you need a lot so I’m estimating that this pack will last me some time.

I wanted to love these. I was only able to try them for a few days before my skin was so irritated that I had to stop using them and go back to my old deodorant.

First of all- if you can't read a label and compare the picture to the size of the man's hand- that's on you. The product is virtually identical from scent to scent on the first three in the kit- orange and after thunder are my two favorites. They just rotate the high notes so you get whichever you prefer first in the scent profile. The after thunder is probably a narrow favorite over the orange- but they're both hard to choose between due to the scent similarities. The far and away benefit to this product is the potent nature and concentrated potency. You will get many uses out of these tubes, assuming you aren't a baboon at applying it. I'm telling you, about two inches total for full coverage of your boys and you're good. It takes an inch at a time, and you won't have the ridiculous drying issues of tapioca- which ridiculously dries my hands for more than one day. Those suck- these are excellent and high end product. Pick your favorite, it will last much longer than most products, I get 2+ days from one application if I'm not doing anything strenuous, have had 0 negative reactions or the smell permeating clothing in a negative fashion or causing friction and not preventing any of the things I bought it to do. Don't hesitate- the samples are a great way to find your scent. I assume the unscented is the way to go for those with allergies to the scent ingredients.

This is an excellent way to try all of the scents that AKT offers. This deodorant is for anyone and everyone. A small amount lasts all day and each tube lasts 10 days.

This deodorant is the best I ever tried. It's been in the 90's and It still works well. I don't even have to reapply it like I had to with other deodorants. I recommend this deodorant very much.

I really can't tell if this works better than other "cleanish" natural deodorants or if the heavy, heavy fragrances just mask anything else. To use these, you need to commit to not caring if your perfume/cologne is overpowered, etc. I tend to avoid perfume or items with heavy fragrances as they give me headaches. This is the most heavily scented deodorant I've ever tried, and I cannot use it. If AKT would adjust to down about 50-70%, I'd probably be a fan, as a milder version of these same scents would be very pleasant.

Extremely effective natural deodorant; packaging leaves a lot to be desired as other reviewers have mentioned. This is the only natural deodorant I've tried (and there have been many) that works all day after a single application in the TX heat and humidity. It is in fact more effective at odor control than my old aluminum-based antiperspirant/deo. I bought a package of cheap bamboo applicators which make it much easier to apply without leaving some on my hands. If only the packaging were better and maybe someday this could be formulated as a push-up/roll-up with an applicator similar to other cream deodorants, in extruder fashion, with 2 or 3 smaller openings and a larger rounded top so it can be directly applied to pits? On the other hand it actually works for me, so it is worth the inconvenient application method and the higher price (thus far). It is gentle and non-irritating on my sensitive skin. I can't speak to how long a tube will last since I am still working through the discovery set; however I do use a bit more than the recommended pea-sized amount. Note: The only scent that doesn't go masculine on me is the light purple one (if you're looking for a more feminine scent). The orange one is second best, but does not seem as effective with my chemistry. Bravo to the AKT team; hope you keep refining and improving the packaging!
